I met Chuck Rhymes through my dude’s Esco’s brother George. Their whole crew was out in D.C. for this KRS One show about 2 years ago, so Esco and Chuck came through the crib for me to cook up something for Chuck but I was never REALLY in love with what I had coming out the MPC. Then the next thing I knew this dude enlisted in the military and was out. Fast forwar 3 years and money gets at me like let’s rock. And since I wanted to redeem myself from that “aiight” beat I gave him I just sent this dude like 20 bangers to pick from and just like my regular steelo, Chuck’s album is done…just waiting on him to finish writing and recording.
